Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the heavypal app and website ("the service"). By using heavypal you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

heavypal is a workout tracking app. You can plan training programs, log workouts, track progress, connect with friends, and receive AI generated coaching suggestions. The service is currently free. If paid features are introduced, their terms and pricing will be shown before you buy anything.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account and must be 18 or older to use the service. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app (Settings, Account, Delete account) or via heavypal.com/delete-account, which permanently removes your data. How we handle data is described in the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

heavypal, including its AI coach, provides general fitness information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Consult a doctor before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have an injury or a health condition. Training carries inherent risk of injury. You use the service and perform any exercise at your own risk.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, harass, or impersonate other users in social features
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data
• Do not use the service to send spam or distribute malicious content
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the operation of the service

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

The data you create in heavypal (workouts, programs, messages, body measurements) is yours. You grant us the limited license needed to store and process it in order to run the service, as described in the privacy policy. We do not sell your data.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change, be added, or be removed as the app evolves. We may update these terms, and if we do we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, heavypal and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including injury resulting from exercise or reliance on AI generated suggestions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
