Delete your heavypal account
Both options permanently delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
Open heavypal, then go to Settings, Account, Delete account.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (workouts, body weight entries, social connections, AI coach history) from our servers.
Can't access the app?
Email support@heavypal.com from the Google account email you used to sign in, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. No data is retained after deletion, except records we are legally required to keep, if any.
