Delete your heavypal account
Both options permanently delete your account and data
In the app (fastest)
Open heavypal, then go to You, Settings, Account, Delete Account.
This permanently deletes your account and all associated data (workouts, body weight entries, social connections, AI coach history, support messages, records of how you used the app) from our servers.
Can't access the app?
Email support@heavypal.com from the email address of the Google or Apple account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and confirm within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Afterwards we keep only daily activity counts with no link to you, requests sent while signed out (linked to no account, deleted after 400 days), a record of any change support made to your account (kept for 2 years), and your places on past monthly leaderboards, shown as "Deleted user" with their points but without your name or account.
